Aura Media Studio ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Aura mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Personal Information Collection
We do not directly collect or store personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, mailing address, email address, or contact books. All video processing, links resolving, and media encoding are executed locally on your Android device.
2. Third-Party Services & Monetization
To provide standard Android features, monetization support, and runtime crash diagnostics, our App utilizes third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs). These third-party networks may collect information used to identify your device:

3. Runtime Device Permissions
To support core features, the App requests permission to access the following resources:
- Storage Access (Read/Write): Required to write downloaded media files, subtitles, and status images directly to your device storage paths.
- Notifications: Required to display ongoing download progress indicators, speeds, and completed alerts in your system status bar.
- Biometric Credentials: Required to lock or unlock the Secure Vault locally on your device using fingerprint or face scanners. AURA does not store or transmit biometric datasets; all verification is handled by the Android system.
4. Cookies & Ad Tracking Opt-Out
Advertisers may utilize cookies and advertising identifiers to target promotional content. You can configure your device settings to opt-out of personalized advertisements:
On Android, navigate to Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization or Reset Advertising ID to manage tracking preferences.
5. Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we use industry-standard practices to protect your data locally, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
7. Revisions to this Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" timestamp at the top of this document.
