1. App Usage & Distribution
AURA is a media configuration utility developed and distributed for Android devices. You are permitted to download and run AURA strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Title Protection: All proprietary name rights belong to Aura Media Studio. Third parties are strictly prohibited from copying, compiling, or publishing derivative packages under the name "AURA" on any storefronts or app indexes.
2. Permitted Use & Copyright Compliance
AURA is designed as a utility tool to interface with media extraction pipelines. We do not host, check, or filter any content downloaded through the app.
- Compliance with Law: You are solely responsible for ensuring your download activities comply with local laws and regulations.
- Copyright Respect: You must not use the application to extract copyrighted material unless you possess explicit permission or own the legal rights to the respective file.
- No Commercial Abuse: The application is designed strictly for personal, non-commercial extraction and local backup functions.
3. Absolute Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Under no circumstances do we warrant that:
- The downloader functions will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your exact requirements.
- Third-party platform API changes will not break downloading capability (capability is subject to upstream media-library revisions).
- Data processed through the app is protected against all threats if your system environment is compromised.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Aura Media Studio, its developer contributors, or license holders be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data loss, storage corruption, or legal claims) arising out of the use of or inability to use the application.
5. Service Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate development of the application or the site at any time without prior announcement.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
